ADUs in Lowell, MA
Since February 2, 2025, the Massachusetts Affordable Homes Act allows one ADU by right in Lowell’s single-family zoning districts, up to 900 square feet or half the size of the main home, whichever is smaller. The town can’t require the owner to live on the property, and it can require no more than one parking space. Septic (Title V), wetlands and local dimensional rules still apply. We check the local rules during the site visit, before design begins.

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
Attached or detached, an ADU adds a complete second home to your property for family or a tenant. We handle it from the site visit and permits through the foundation, framing and finishes.
Home Additions
When a home needs more room than its walls allow, an addition creates it. Our Westford, MA project shows the whole process: excavation, a poured foundation, structural steel, framing, spray foam insulation, hardwood floors and a new kitchen.
